Car Scissor Lift Attention

TIPS：

(1) Before work, remove obstacles around and below the Mid Rise Scissor Lift machine.

(2) When lifting, there can be no one in the vehicle under the Mid Rise Scissor Lift machine and on the platform.

(3) Cannot lift vehicles or other goods beyond the lifting capacity of the Mid Rise Scissor Lift machine.

(4) When lifting, the rubber pad should be placed under the vehicle chassis.

(5) During the lifting process, observe whether the lifting platform is synchronized at any time. If abnormalities are found, stop the machine in time, check and troubleshoot the fault before it can be put into use.

(6) During the descent operation, raise the lifting platform a little first and observe whether the two safety claws and teeth are completely separated, otherwise stop the descent.

(7) When theMid Rise Scissor Lift machine is not used for a long time or overnight, the platform should be lowered to the lowest position, and the vehicle should be driven away, and the power supply should be cut off.

Mid Rise Scissor Lift maintenance

(1) It shall be operated by trained operators.

(2) At all hinge shafts of the machine, oil can be added once a week.

(3) Insurance rack and sliding block and other moving parts, add grease once a month.

(4) Replace hydraulic oil once a year, and keep the upper limit of oil level for a long time.
