Daily maintenance of scissors lift
1. When the equipment is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the anti-wear hydraulic oil in the oil tank shall be kept at the oil level line. When the equipment is used for the first time, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank shall be replaced and the oil filter in the oil tank shall be cleaned at the time node of three months. After that, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced once a year, and the oil tank and oil filter shall be cleaned.
2. The moving parts of the equipment, especially the upper and lower rollers, shall be kept clean and applied with lubricating grease. Where there are oil injection holes, lubricating oil shall be added weekly to avoid wear caused by dirt and reduce the service life of the equipment.
3. The compressed air used in the pneumatic system must be filtered by water to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of the cylinder and solenoid valve. If the voltage fluctuation value used locally exceeds 10%, a voltage regulator should be added to avoid damaging the electrical system due to unstable voltage.
