At present, the maximum lifting capacity can reach 5t. The lowering operation mode can be either electric button operation or manual unloading valve operation. The unlocking mode can be unilateral manual, bilateral manual and electric unlocking.

Key points for use and control of hydraulic double column lift
(1) Selection of working medium
Hydraulic drive double column truck lifts all rely on hydraulic oil as the working medium. HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is mainly used in the central and southern regions of China, which is applicable to the ambient temperature of - 9~40 ℃. In the north, it is recommended to use daily M32 anti-wear hydraulic oil, which is applicable to the ambient temperature of - 15~40 ℃. It should be replaced after three to six months of initial use, and then every other year (or 3000 times of reciprocating travel). If the frequency of use is not high, it can be determined according to the color, smell, transparency or turbidity of the medium, and whether there is sediment, but generally it should not exceed 18 months (mainly considering that the hydraulic medium will age and deteriorate during use), which is easily ignored by most maintenance technicians, It is often replaced passively after hydraulic failure (such as premature wear and oil leakage of oil cylinder seals, automatic lowering of oil cylinder, slow lowering speed, premature wear of gear pump that makes it impossible to lift, etc.), which delays the replacement time, may cause pollution to the hydraulic system, and shorten the service life of hydraulic components such as oil cylinder and pump station.
(2) Mechanical lock
The mechanical lock (installed behind the column or in the sliding table) shall be kept flexible. When people are working under the vehicle to repair the vehicle, they must keep the safety lock locked before working; Some maintenance technicians ignore the role of the mechanical lock. After using it for a period of time, they find that the mechanical lock is out of order and do not repair it in time. They rely entirely on the supporting role of the hydraulic cylinder. At this time, once the hydraulic cylinder leaks, it may bring great potential safety hazards to the vehicle maintenance personnel under the car lift. If the cylinder does not leak, it will be supported by the cylinder for a long time, which will also shorten the service life of the cylinder.
(3) Plate chain
As the plate chain of the main load bearing system, due to the wear of the chain piece, the non-uniformity of the heat treatment material of the chain piece, and the non-uniform load of the chain piece caused by the matching error between the chain pin and the chain piece hole, etc., the chain will become invalid. Foreign manufacturers require that the chain should be replaced for three to four years, but most domestic manufacturers do not specify it in the product manual. Therefore, the author recommends that the chain piece be regularly inspected after three years, and replaced together with the chain pin after four years of use, However, in the process of use, if the chain segment cracks or the wear amount of the chain plate thickness and width reaches 10% of the original thickness and width, the machine must be stopped and replaced in time.
