How to repair the lift
1、 Abnormal sound of lift
1) Possible lifting overload Solution: check the lifting weight
2) The fixing bolts of the motor may be loose Solution: tighten the bolts
3) Possible lack of lubricating oil at the sliding block Solution Add lubricating oil
2、 The lift does not lift
1) It may be that there is air in the oil Solution: Loosen the vent screw and tighten it after the gas is discharged
2) Possible solution for solidification of hydraulic oil: drain the hydraulic oil and refill it with qualified hydraulic oil
3) Solution to possible hydraulic oil leakage: check whether the pipe fittings are tightened and whether the oil cylinder seal is deformed or warped
4) Possible solution for motor inversion: check whether the wiring is correct by comparing with the internal circuit diagram of the motor
5) The solution may be that the motor does not rotate: the motor is broken, replace the motor fuse, the limit switch is broken, and replace the limit switch
3、 External oil leakage of the lift
1) The connection may be loose Solution: Retighten the connection of pipe fittings
2) The exhaust valve at the top of the oil cylinder may be loose Solution: tighten the exhaust valve
3) It may be that there is oil leakage at the seal of the oil cylinder Solution: replace the sealing element
4) The solution may be the oil leakage from the air vent: the internal seal of the hydraulic cylinder fails, and replace the seal
5) It may be that there is too much oil. Solution: the oil flows out of the container and the oil volume is reduced appropriately
