Two post lifting machine working principle
When rising, the motor drives the gear pump through the control valve in the hydraulic station, the hydraulic oil is input by the high-pressure hose into the cylinder in the column, under the action of oil pressure, the cylinder piston rod is pushed out, through the chain (or directly by the cylinder piston rod) to drive the slide frame to rise, and the bracket arm of the slide frame to support the car, so that the car rises with the slide frame to complete the lifting work.
When falling, open the return oil line, under the action of the working slide weight and load, the piston rod is pressed back to the cylinder through the chain (or directly by the cylinder piston rod), the working slide is lowered, and the hydraulic oil is discharged back to the tank to complete the falling work.
Hydraulic principle of two post lift
Lift up:
Press the rise button to start the motor, the motor drives the gear pump to work, the hydraulic oil filters through the oil filter, enters the gear pump to form a certain pressure, enters the cylinder through the check valve, drives the cylinder piston rod to rise, so that the lift machine rises. When the motor stops, the gear oil pump stops working, and the lift stops at the height being lifted. At this time, there are check valves and manual unloading valves to maintain pressure.
Lift down:
If you want to make the lift down, just press the handle of the manual unloading valve to press down (or press the drop button of the electric box) to open the return oil circuit; Release the handle (or release the power box drop button) to stop the drop. The descent stops when the speed is clear. The descending speed can be achieved by adjusting the throttle valve. The inward spin slows down, the outward spin speeds up. But do not turn inside dead, because the oil return circuit is closed.
